The next step is to meet up in person. This gives us the chance to meet you and look at your house. It also
gives you the opportunity to meet us and discuss everything in more detail.
Wait for an offer on your home
Usually we will come back to you within 48 hours of meeting you with a firm offer. Remember, our offer is
likely to be 75% to 80% of what we consider to be the true market value of your house (to calculate this
figure we take into consideration (a) the price your home would sell for within 4-6 weeks of being put to market
(b) the financial risks for us, as property investors, in purchasing your home).
