Once we agree on a price we guarantee to buy your house, subject to valuation and survey. This means that you don't have to worry about the sale falling through at the last minute. Remember, when selling your house you are vunerable until contracts are exchanged: your purchaser can pull out before this for any reason, leaving you frustrated, back at square one.

We are chain-free. No broken chains.

As we've previously stated, any potential buyer of your house has the legal right to withdraw for any reason right up until contracts are exchanged. Broken chains causes undue stress and uncertainty for you, the vendor. When we buy your house we are chain-free. This enables you to relax and be certain of the sale.
