The fact that we recognise this should immediately set your mind at rest. We are part of a growing number of property investment companies that have signed up to National Association of Sale and Rent Back (NASARB) and their proposed voluntary code of practice for the sector. We are members of the Residential Landlords Association (RLA)

We take pride in how we look after our tenants and membership of national bodies such as the RLA is important as it keeps us abreast of landlord best practice.

We are transparent

Just by reading the copy on our web site you'll immediately be aware that we offer to buy your house at a discount - at 75% of market price of what we consider to be the Open Market Value. We will answer any questions that you have both openly and honestly and we won't make an offer on your property without meeting with you in person.

We don't pressure sell
